We currently offer Pan-India delivery through our logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Remote or non-metro delivery locations

In case of any delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Packaging & Handling

All orders are packed using secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety and freshness during transit.
Packaging and handling charges, where applicable, are already included in the product price.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or other address-related issues:

  • Our delivery partner may attempt a reattempt, or

  • The order may be returned to us

In such cases, once the order is returned, a refund may be processed, subject to verification and applicable deductions, if any.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid phone number.

Nourish Hive will not be liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
