What kind of protein do you use?

We use high-quality dairy-based proteins, primarily whey protein concentrate. In some of our bars, we use a thoughtfully balanced protein blend that may also include soy protein isolate and milk protein concentrate. The exact protein source varies by product — you can always find the full ingredient list on each product page. Our focus isn’t building supplements. It’s building crave-worthy bars — with protein included to make indulgence more satisfying.

Are your bars gluten-free?

What makes Nourish Hive bars different from typical protein bars?

Most protein bars are built around macros first and taste second. We flipped that. Our bars are built for cravings first — with protein playing a supporting role to make indulgence feel more satisfying.

Are these bars meant to replace meals?

No. Nourish Hive bars are designed as snacks, not meal replacements. They’re made for moments when cravings hit and you want something indulgent and intentional.

Are these bars good for fitness or active lifestyles?

Our bars contain protein levels comparable to many protein bars in the market. While performance isn’t the primary focus, they fit easily into active lifestyles — especially when you want something satisfying that also includes protein.

Can I eat these bars every day?

Our bars are made with familiar ingredients and no added sugar, so they fit comfortably into everyday snacking — especially when you want something indulgent without overthinking it.

How should I store the bars?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There’s no need for refrigeration.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders reach you within 4–6 business days after they’re shipped.

Do your bars contain hydrogenated vegetable fat?

Yes, we use fully hydrogenated sunflower oil in small amounts to help create the smooth, indulgent texture of our bars. It’s important to note that fully hydrogenated oils are different from partially hydrogenated oils. Partially hydrogenated oils contain trans fats and are widely discouraged. Fully hydrogenated oils do not contain trans fats. We do not use partially hydrogenated oils in any of our products, and our bars contain 0g trans fat per serving.
